These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nu mobile application, web dashboard, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue all use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in features, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make material updates we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Subscription Plans & Billing

Nu offers auto-renewing subscription plans that unlock premium logging, coaching, and personalization features. Plan names, durations, and prices are presented in-app before you confirm a purchase. Subscription purchases are processed by Apple and the charge is applied to the Apple ID account you use to complete the transaction.

Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, your subscription renews automatically. On renewal, Apple will charge your account for the plan you selected at the current price. You can review, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time from Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device.

2. Trials, Changes & Refunds

From time to time we may offer free trials, introductory pricing, or promotional discounts. The promotional period and subsequent billing price are displayed in the offer details. At the end of a trial, your plan converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the renewal date. Because Apple manages all billing for in-app purchases, refunds are provided according to Apple's policies. Refund requests can be submitted through reportaproblem.apple.com.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service, share your account credentials, or use the Service on behalf of another individual without their consent. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in misuse, fraud, or activity that harms the community.

4. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Nu provides educational tools to support nutrition and fasting goals, but it does not offer medical advice. Information generated by the Service, including AI-powered suggestions, is not a substitute for guidance from a qualified healthcare professional. Always consult a doctor before making changes to your diet or fasting routine, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, managing a medical condition, or taking prescription medications.

5. Data & Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Service you consent to that processing, which may take place in the United States or other jurisdictions where we or our providers operate. The Privacy Policy also outlines your rights and choices regarding personal information.

6. Suspension & Termination

We may limit, suspend, or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe threatens the safety or integrity of our community. If access is terminated for cause, you are not entitled to a refund for the current billing period.
